Abstract
The advent of Post-modernity has cast us into the strange environment of an unilateral technological objectivity, hyper-pervasive and continually de-/re-constructing itself. In this environment, we still are not able to embark upon reflective journeys that might finally focus on the fundamental question, all-too-elusive to modernity, of the overall and common meaning of being and thinking. We are still subsiding to the strenuously “a-logoic” thought of «existence, just as it is, without meaning and purpose», convinced as we are that it is the «most scientific of all hypotheses possible» (F. Nietzsche). But J. Habermas unmasked the “systemic” thought as terribly dangerous for humanities and indicated just phenomenology as the very living thought, the only one that at the present can safeguard and promote humanity and philosophy. In the course of her forty year work of phenomenological elaboration A.-T. Tymieniecka has done an «intuitive resowing» of the method and classical themes of phenomenology, from the point of view of life, undertaking a research of philosophia prima directed at the objective of “theorizing” the overall phenomenon of the new «fullness of the Logos in the key of Life».I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
