This study examines residential catastrophe‐insurance quotations in Italy using 1512 property profiles collected from one insurer in 2025 across 108 provincial quotation units. Each profile contains earthquake and flood amounts; dwelling types and floor‐area values repeat across units. Peril‐specific Gamma‐log models relate these amounts to independently sourced provincial hazard, adjusting for recorded property characteristics and region fixed effects. A one‐standarddeviation difference across the 108 units in the relevant hazard measure is associated with a conditional quotation ratio of 1.970 for earthquake (95% confidence interval 1.658–2.341) and 1.360 for flood (1.216–1.520). Alternative estimators, measures, and dependence adjustments retain positive associations, while splines indicate non‐constant local relationships. The contribution is a paired, repeated‐profile comparison of geographic differentiation in offered cover, distinct from purchased policies or modeled insurance costs. These estimates describe one insurer's offers; they do not establish actuarial rate adequacy or the causes of household non‐participation.

Abstract
These estimates describe one insurer's offers; they do not establish actuarial rate adequacy or the causes of household non‐participation.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
