Abstract
The timing of the revival of studies on Valenti, linked to the hundred years that have passed since his death (1920), has brought to the surface the international dimension of the Marche scholar, even if Italian economists wrote the tributes to Valenti in international journals. Through both the Ricard-ian theory of value and the necessary corrections in market functioning, the paper attempts to recon-cile the indisputable characteristics of Valenti with the economic analysis of law. Furthermore, the paper sheds light on the theoretical origins of the Valenti cooperative movement.File in questo prodotto:
