The legal system — although structured on several levels of abstraction — is incapable, through its regulative forms (institutions, legal concepts, linguistic expressions), to fully summarize and circumscribe all that makes up the vast and varied realm of the real world. Through the approach outlined in some of the key pages written by Giovanni Battista Ferri, we are led to once again reflect upon the theory of the plurality of legal orders, on the notion of the forma formante and the impenetrable and elusive intertwining between the law and literature.

Abstract
The legal system — although structured on several levels of abstraction — is incapable, through its regulative forms (institutions, legal concepts, linguistic expressions), to fully summarize and circumscribe all that makes up the vast and varied realm of the real world. Through the approach outlined in some of the key pages written by Giovanni Battista Ferri, we are led to once again reflect upon the theory of the plurality of legal orders, on the notion of the forma formante and the impenetrable and elusive intertwining between the law and literature.File in questo prodotto:
