Vulnerabilità, ambiente e diritto: una introduzione

In addition to providing an overview of the essays that make up this special issue of the Review, the paper aims at reconstructing the concept of environmental vulnerability. Moreover, it also aims at analysing the link between that concept and environmental law as well as the solutions that the latter has been able to offer to the various, and indeed increasingly urgent, manifestations of such vulnerability.

Il saggio ricostruisce il concetto di vulnerabilità ambientale, per poi riflettere sul suo nesso con il diritto dell’ambiente (e non solo) e sulle risposte che quest’ultimo è stato ed è in grado di offrire alle diverse, ed invero sempre più pressanti, manifestazioni di siffatta vulnerabilità.
