El portal del turismo paradores.es: estrategias de narración y propuesta de traducción al italiano con especial atención al léxico gastronómico

Resum El nostre estudi constitueix una anàlisi del portal turístic www.paradores.es i una proposta per a la seva traducció a l'italià (inexistent fins ara) en comparació amb les traduccions a l'anglès i al francès. Amb aquest propòsit ens valdrem tant dels pioners set procédés de traductions catalogats per Vinay i Darbelnet (1958) així com dels fixats en la bibliografia de referència. Abordarem, doncs, dues línies paral·leles de recerca: d'una banda, la terminologia especialitzada del llenguatge turístic (amb un èmfasi especial en els culturemes de la gastronomia), i de l’altra, les estratègies de narració.

Abstract Our study is an analysis of the tourist portal www.paradores.es and a proposal for its translation into Italian (so far absent) in comparison with the translations into English and French. To do this, we will use the pioneering seven translation processes listed by Vinay and Darbelnet (1958) as well as those listed in the reference bibliography. We will therefore address two parallel lines of research: on the one hand, the specialized terminology of tourist language (with special emphasis on the culture-bound terms of gastronomy), and on the other, the narrative strategies.
