The paper aims to explore the intertwining of legal thought, philosophy, and cinematographic language, and proposes to reduce to descriptive models the various phenomena considered to detect the structural similarities they share. It is an interdisciplinary research study, which gives rise to the idea that human activity, expressed in theoretical, practical, or artistic constructions, always moves from the unitotality of the individual and is an act of invention or production of forms. Cinema, law, and philosophy proceed on the same road because they share the same target: human behavior. It can come up in narrating a story, in a study of psychology or a therapy, in an investigation on intersubjectivity or in a legal regulation. In this scenario, cinema and law share, between them and with other practices, the empirical destiny of our cultural evolution.
