In addition, a number offactorsthat can facilitateorpreventchangearepresented.This paper aims to provide a valuable contribution to the adoption of agilework, which has increased dramatically during Covid-19 and the lockdown but is still under-explored.Weproposeaframeworkandsetofpropositions,butwedonottestthem.Moreresearchshouldbeconducted aboutthis framework.
