Rigenerare per valorizzare. La rigenerazione urbana "gentile " e la riduzione delle disuguaglianze

The question to be answered in the article is the role of cultural heritage with respect to the progressive increase in sociale inequalities in Italy and Europe. More specifically, the article aims to verify the impact of an effective enhancement of cultural heritage with respect to this theme, by analysing projects of cultural regeneration. As will be seen, cultural regeneration does not define a specific legal institution and raises interesting questions of interpretation linked to the overlapping of different regulatory provisions. The conclusions will indicate trends in legislation and jurisprudential interpretation on these issues and the main open issues.
