The article is about the jurisdictional protection of migrants in Italy. Taking account of the ECHR case law, the study is focused especially on both the prohibition of refoulements and the issue of access to justice by rejected migrants. In so doing, the paper aims to answer to the question about the role of the administrative judge in this matter.
