Several national and international guidelines identify criteria of accessibility, equity, and quality of higher education for inclusive education. In this paper, we focus on the project Inclusion 3.0, which aims to create inclusive processes for students with disabilities and Specific Learning Disorders (SpLDs) enrolled at the University. During the outbreak of the epidemic Covid-19, the University has been asked to re-design services and ways of delivery, to face the challenges of the lockdown and the following phases. In this paper, therefore, we seek to investigate how learning and social processes were managed within the University setting. Through the case study methodology, we seek to understand how to pursue inclusive processes, also in times of emergency, through operational purposes.
