New technologies as blockchain, smart contracts and non-fungible tokens have been attracting enormous interest. On this topic the legal framework, in Italy but also in the European Union, is insufficient and disjointed. So, many juridical issues arise from these new technologies. Besides their juridical nature, we also need to focus on the liability that can derive from their use.
L’emersione della tecnologia blockchain, degli smart contracts e dei non fungible tokens, a fronte dell’assenza di specifici riferimenti normativi, pone diverse questioni sul piano giuridico, con particolare riguardo alla necessità di individuare le tutele più adeguate per i diritti dei singoli.
