Abstract

The objective of the following work is to demonstrate how the disability is not a limit, but the means possess “diffe¬rent ability” that can achieve optimal results. The different skills, together with a work psychomotor raising self-esteem (Aucouturier B. & Lapierre A, 1978), lead to the achievement of considerable from the sport point of view, but also to de-conditioning from mechanical too (Le Boulch J.,1991) the perception of one’s body and to an internal equilibrium of the disabled person. The disabled person need not be lived with pity or sym¬pathy, but it serves that he be given a chance, that allow them to express themselves and show that a structural or physical impairment can change the physical appearance, but not what you feel, you want to achieve and get with all his strength. If there is a contingent willpower bottom nothing can stop the man, not a disability. The method I used for the following article is to analyze scientific argumentation, taking into ac¬count what has been the experience of the life and career of Alex Zanardi. The main findings show just like the Paralympic champion has achieved the best results on the track only when he became disabled. He, an example of life for many, working on self-esteem, has not experienced the incident and the lack of the lower limbs as a limitation, but as a different skill to be able to redeem.
