This PDW offers SIM members and responsible management educators at all career stages a chance to reflect and share insights about rapid digitalization and technological advancements that significantly disrupt well-established teaching and learning practices, introducing a variety of ethical concerns and opportunities. The chance to engage in these crucial debates withinterested colleagues will purposively integrate disparate conversations on RME, ICT, & AI fromSIM (RME, business ethics, & CSR), MED (SOTL research & instructional design), and CTO &TIM (Generative AI, Web 3.0/4.0, & digital transformation). Participants will explore how RMEeducators can prepare future leaders to use AI responsibly, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability, as well as take advantage of promising ICT in teaching & learning. The PDW, grounded in empirical research and emerging best practices, seeks to support AOM Members inthree ways: 1) providing practical tools and strategies for teaching AI ethics, 2) designing learningactivities and assessments for RME leveraging ICT & Generative AI, and 3) using AI to providefeedback to students in an ethical manner. The Co-Organizers will welcome participants with anicebreaker to determine participants’ priority topics and questions. This will be followed by a panelists’ mini-presentation identifying key evidence, debates, and questions about their tabletopic. Most of the workshop will be in table discussions, which will be expanded upon pending new developments in the field and participants’ interests.
