Deepening the Possible Impact of Artificial Intelligence Systems on EU Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights (AIcoIP)

The project aims to investigate, through a series of targeted activities, the possible impacts that the strong spread of artificial intelligence systems, The European Commission’s Green Paper on competition law and intellectual property rights from a European perspective. The European Union is addressing the issue of artificial intelligence in many ways, certainly regulatory, but not only. Yet it still seems like an elusive subject, so it seems fundamental to investigate extensively the possible risk profiles, particularly about two such important and multi-faceted areas as competition law and intellectual property rights.
