The European Union is addressing the issue of artificial intelligence in many ways, certainly regulatory, but not only. Yet it still seems like an elusive subject, so it seems fundamental to investigate extensively the possible risk profiles, particularly about two such important and multi-faceted areas as competition law and intellectual property rights.
