There is no “pure legal act”: the law, because of its natural function of mediation, includes “connections” with other disciplines. These bonds do not cause confusion because law can ensure order through the scale of fundamental principles and an adequate implementation of inviolable rights. These results are all the more effective the more the jurist is able to include – in the world of legal concepts – the relations of connection with the real needs of the human being. Humanistic culture and art contribute to identifying the philosophy which is in law, to refining the hermeneutic sensitivity and enhancing the argumentative capacity of the jurist, to concretising a legal system based on a new juridical anthropology, i.e. on the knowledge of the human being and the world according to universal canons of evolution.

Non esiste un “atto giuridico puro”: il diritto, per la sua naturale funzione di mediazione, include “connessioni” con altre discipline. Questi legami non provocano confusione perché il diritto è in grado di assicurare l’ordine attraverso la scala dei princípi fondamentali e una adeguata implementazione dei diritti inviolabili. Questi risultati sono tanto piú efficaci quanto piú il giurista è capace di includere – nel mondo dei concetti giuridici – i nessi di collegamento con i bisogni reali dell’uomo. La cultura umanistica e l’arte contribuiscono ad individuare la filosofia che è nel diritto, ad affinare la sensibilità ermeneutica e valorizzare la capacità argomentativa del giurista, a concretizzare un sistema giuridico basato su una nuova antropologia giuridica, ovvero sulla conoscenza dell’uomo e del mondo secondo canoni universali di evoluzione.
