The author deals with the dialogue between art education/didactics and new media, focusing on some eloquent examples which fruitfully combine these elements. Conceived of as “polar stars” in art education and didactics in the new media era, CRAC, ALAgroup and H-Farm, among others, are discussed in details. In addition, the project Wurmkos is presented: inspired by Franco Basaglia’s guidelines, this group brings together laypeople, artists and people who suffer from mental disorders through collective artworks, workshops and performances.
