The main objective of the project "Interculturality through Digital Educational Media: TransferMOOC" is to create digital tools in order to facilitate the integration of migrants and to promote positive and efficient inclusion, fostering positive previous connections between migrants and the host population to offer support to public administrations. IDEM_tMOOC proposes to create analytical tools to review the state of the issue of migration in both origin and destination countries, with the aim of defining the most important identity features and other fundamental aspects that ensure the foundation of social cohesion. To achieve this, at the consortium we have established links, on one hand, with source key countries of migration processes: Non-EU countries such as Morocco, Turkey; EU countries (Bulgaria), and Eastern Europe countries (Ukraine). On the other hand, with host countries such as Spain, Germany, Italy and France. IDEM_tMOOC is aimed mainly at migrants, youth, and intermediate leaders, specially emphasizing on gender issues. As main advances of this project, two major innovative strategic lines will be integrated, based on ICT solutions. On the one hand, a state of the art tool of Big Data Analytics on semantic fields related to migration, and its projection for inclusion and social cohesion will be created and managed. On the other, massive open online courses (MOOC) will be developed, in its mode of transferMOOC (tMOOC) to inform, train and relate migrants and the host population. The research methodology carried out will have a triangular dimension so as to compare and complement the results obtained, through qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. To get acknowledged with the state of the art, a systematic review of the scientific literature related to cultural values about migration will be carried out. In addition, we will conduct an exploratory micro-study on the countries participating in the project about identity traits.
