INNO FLIT aims to share, develop and disseminate best practices in non formal educational activities in order to improve the capacity of disadvantaged people, NEET in this case, in collecting, interpreting and disseminating informations coming from digital sources. According to the horizontal priority "open and innovative practices in the digital era", the project will disseminate the non formal practice for the digital information's education that will represent a youth pedagogy and work methods for youth workers at any level; the partnership will include both educational instiutions at tertiary and secondary level, small medium enterpises and NGO's active in the field of youth. According to the horizontal priority "social inclusion", the project will address formal and non-formal education and training in order to develop critical thinking, civic consciousness and intercultural competences to young people (14-18 years old) and NEETs; moreover, considering the link between functonal illiteracy and the uncapability to manage the high flow of information, the actions will increase the level of literecy of the people involved.
