The aim of the present activity research is to assist the World Bank in performing analytical work to support and inform the Government of Mozambique on the ongoing fuel subsidy reforms. Using recent household survey data, the work will consist in developing a distributional analysis of fuel subsidies and identifying main losers of the fuel subsidy reform - and what the needs are for compensation to the poor.
