The overall objective of IDOW project is to oppose the value of “dignity” of women - as human beings individually significant - to the dangerous power of control exercised by the gaze of “others” (family, community) and represented by the idea of “honour”. IDOW will implement the dignity and fight against the weight of the honour working on rights, policies, practices and on training of young people in order to respect human rights.
