The specific objectives we propose to reach with GenWatch include: 1. Increasing awareness and knowledge of the participants in the project through the training and dissemination events and the other means of dissemination; 2. Creating support mechanisms – setting up the pool of advisers/reviewers/assessors, developing the Guidelines for peer assessment; creating the online Gender Good Practices Catalogue (defining the criteria for good practices at HE institutional/organisational level); 3. Capacity building and empowering – training provided and coaching while peer assessing the universities; developing the Gender Digest publication; 4. Improving the gender strategies implementation at the institutional and organisational level. With GenWatch project we expect that the HEI will be more aware of the role that organizational structure and organizational culture play in the design and delivery of gender- sensitive programs and projects.
