This study was bom from the need to assess the praxic skills relating to the use of the object in the early stages of acquisi-tion. At school, in a comprehensive assessment protocol, to assess the ability to use objects of daily use at an early age is particularly important for early identification of praxic dif-ficulties. The study involved the participation of forty-two children from two schools including eighteen males and twen-ty-four females from four to six years. To detect the level of the development of praxic skills, it is used the T-GAP (Analysis Grid of Transitive praxis by Rampoldi & Ferretti, 2011) in two stages: at the beginning and at the end of a motor activity program. The results showed a clear improvement of the transitive praxis of children: from a percentile of 5°, 10° and 25°, it has gone to 50° and 75°. In conclusion it is important to act in the early stage of ac-quisition with a focused motor activity program in order to provide the basis for future coordination skills of children.
