Verso il nuovo apprendistato: un itinerario di ricerca e sperimentazione per la costruzione di percorsi formativi e per la valorizzazione di un paradigma di sviluppo socio-economico nella regione Marche.

The local unit will develop its projects moving from the analysis and knowledge of the “apprenticeship phenomenon” in Marches region in its different aspects (legislative, administrative, bureaucratic, organizational, training, didactic) in order to provide information– starting from evidences or excellences of experience held up to now (professional training apprenticeship) – regarding approaches/organizations/structures to be adopted for the new apprenticeship in the Marches and then experiment with a regional model/system of apprenticeship under the criteria of practicability (that is to say that it can be implemented, evaluated and financed in the short term), of improvability (that is to say that it can ensure a continuous improvement) and of fecundity ( that is to say able to enhance a virtuous network among training, guidance and work). These criteria seem in fact to be sufficient and necessary guarantees for public policy – either for work and employment, or for education and training – which has to face the new challenges of post-modern society, especially in times of economic crisis, in order to promote a smart, sustainable, innovative growth of the Marches.
